Oh and are you familiar with the various Hatfield splinter and related groups? Caravan, Egg, National Health, Henry Cow, Soft machine (I have probably all of their albums...), and of course - GONG..Planet Gong, Mother Gong, and so on and so forth? Yeah I was involved a bit in getting Gong (and another somewhat perhaps related group - Hawkwind) to tour here in the states for the first time - Gong in what 1979...wow hard ot believe that long ago..and I don't remember exactly with Hawkwind...early-mid 80s I guess. I have some nice (audio & video) tapes of the entire Radio Gnome trilogy played live here in the states (for the first time ever!)...anyway - means nothing to most...lol ...but I'm a big fan (of course..)
