What the hell is a pregomesh? I know gomesh but what does the prefix "pre" mean? Is it the English suffix "pre" as in before? If so, what does it mean when attached to gomesh?

Hahaha that's also what I thought when I heard the title. I still don't know what it means but the song is good. Especially if you listen to it real loud during exercise for example.
