I think no one is really interested in the bands or artists he doesn't know. The only expectation for a forumer here is to know if someone is listening to same music than him. An unknown band wouldn't interest him that much, which is a pity

It just sounded like you thought you're the only person who's heard of DJ Shadow or DJ Krush so I thought that's what you meant. A thread where people just list a song they're listening to isn't a good way to introduce someone to new music.
