The voice of Komitas

Another CD I recieved from my mom is "The voice of Komitas". While it is not the sort of CD you listen over and over, I had goosebumps all over when I heard Komitas singing. He only sings half the tracks though, with the great Armenak Shahmuradian singing the rest.

I don't know what I'm expecting by writing this, but if we get a post on every other type of music, then surely the music of Komitas, sung by the great man himself, is worth a post too.

Me neither. I found out a week or so ago, and my kind mom, aware of my interest, bought me the CD. I think you can hear a few samples on narek.com.
