You can't be a stranger on an uninhabited road since nobody lives there to see you as being strange which is about as poetically equivalent to finding a real man or woman these days

I asked my wife, since she’s from Armenia, she explained the meaning, it’s: “In a foreign land on a deserted road”
This song is about yearning to come back home to Armenia after being away for so long.
