I saw the TV ads for it, tell us how it is.

It was really good. A lot of people came out to see it but It was kinda disappointing to see majority old people. It was really bothering me.

At this one scene when they talk about how people from all over Armenia were getting caught and being sent to Karabakh to fight, right away I remembered, my father was one of those people. On the way home he was arrested at gun point to go fight.

1991... the dark years. Literally the dark years. No electricity, cold winter, gotta wait hours in line to get a frozen bread. People would get up in the morning, all day looking for things to burn just to survive through the night.

A really good Armenian film, as in produced in Armenia? That's good to hear.

Most filmmakers from Hayastan are now working as repatriates in Russia (for reasons you mentioned above). Some have been pretty successful.

It was spot on. Acing was surprisingly good, effects were amazing. Story line was way better then what i imagined. It had little bit of everything, comedy, drama, etc. For what it is, i give 10/10

Lately we started making some great films, hope it continues and only gets better. Gor Vardanyan said on interview that his working on something big right now, can't wait.

Lately we started making some great films, hope it continues and only gets better.

It will, as long as the Armenian Republic is stable and continues on its forward momentum. If there is one thing Armenia does not lack, it's raw human talent.

Gor Vardanyan said on interview that his working on something big right now, can't wait.

Do you know what it's about?

Is Destiny going to be out on DVD soon?

I recently sat through Run Lola Run. Umm, pretty bad? The movie was more about style than story. But not even style could save this overlong German music video on steroids. Naturally, it has a high rating on IMDb and is currently on the Top 250.
