V for Vendeta was surprisingly much better than I expected. It has the comic bookish quality that I usually don't like but it also has some very clever monologs and dialoges that really had me tuned in. Unfortunately I think I missed a lot of it so I will definitely be seeing it again to catch all the little references and fancy language ... not at a theater though.

Silent Hill 8.5/10
disturbingly brilliant, brilliantly disturbing, gory (sp?), creative.
ending still has me and many others puzzled.
