Mr. Pear: Thanks for the welcome. I think I'm the only one in the new generation who uses "ka" - it started out as a joke, and now I can't stop - it's infectious. You can use it anytime. lol I've even got my friends saying it. And the Hayastantsis are like "huh???"

Sirusho had a kick ass song with "Miayn Kez" -- look for it. She sounds like JoJo. lol

Maya Margaryan is my current obsession. I have her album, and there's some good stuff there. But her new single & video, I'm just dying to get. It's called "Achks Koon Chuni" - and it's greeeat. It's like Armenian disco-pop.

You can see a clip of the video just by going to this website - I was THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED! It's really colorful, it has choreographed dancers, and an actual concept. It's cool. And she looks really good.

I love Sirusho, she has a great voice ~ but as far as Armenian pop, have you heard SAKO? He's awsome and combines techno along with Armenian instrumentation which becomes a great mix! You should give his songs a try...http://www.sako1.com/
