Gomidas is the best of em all.
Khachaturian obviously. I particulary enjoy how you can sometimes find traces of Gomidas in his work.
I enjoy some of Babadjanian's work, and love Nocturne, but the piano isn't really my thing.
Spendiarian with Anoush, need I say more?
Hekimian has a few good ones, but a big part of his work falls into folk..
Alan Hovannes...I've heard very, very little, and it sounded rather weird..
Have yet to hear of Aved Terterian or Tigran Mansourian..

Ooh, and I forgot Mirzoyan, of whom I've heard very little, but have enjoyed it.

Right, Mirzoyan is a composer you shouldn't forget! A quick question; Why do you spell "Gomidas"?

It's what the western Armenian spelling has become...it's wrong, I can even speak arevmdahayeren using the "original" pronounciation, but after speaking a language for...well, a whole life, you kinda get used to it.

But hey, your spelling is wrong, so it's all good!
