    She is full Russian actually and she is fluent in Armenian. I think she lived in Yerevan around 10 years. Some friends of my family are Russians who had settled in Armenia and also learned to speak fluent and often very clean Armenian.

      Didn't the Russians settle in many of the former Soviet republics? There are still many Russians and Ukrainians in Kazakhstan.

                Armo music videos that are based on traditional Armenian sights and sounds are spectacular. However, I can't stand the ones where they try to mimic MTV and Western pop culture. Can't stand Armenian R&B for that matter either, unless it's a goof.

                      I love that song, though her rendition is a bit too arabicized. Still cool though.
