I was watching TV in my hotel room. They had a scene with people(men and women) in kilts with bagpipes rapping in French.

The horror, the horror...

It was one of the gayest TV moments of my life.

I'd say the time I spent on the metro doesn't equal whats worth of what was left of this meaningless existence I lived beforehand.

Just observing the people brought the wider french perspective home...
