Ya, it's called Giligia (by western armenians), Kilikia (by eastern armenians), and Cilicia (in English, I think)... anyway, it's a sad song about the Armenian Genocide.

About the genocide? That's interesting, considering that the lyricist who wrote the song died in 1886.
