      Yes it is ugly. But I did not make a comparison to the Porsche. If I could afford a Corvette, I would get an M3.

        M3 is an excellent luxury sports car, Probably alot more advanced too. but if your looking for performance the it doesnt match up with the corvette, there is no substitude for displacement..well not yet anyways.

          I'd get an STi and beat all yous in the 0-30 off the line ... and have another 20 grand or so left over to dump into the jeep.

            Yes, the M3 is not as fast as the Corvette. But I would sacrifice .2 seconds on a 0-60 for German engineering and better styling.

              Actuallty, unless you have the Euro model, you will lose to both the M3 and the Corvette in 0-60. But there is no argument that it is an excellent deal for the price. Plus it does not look that great. I cannot find information on 0-30 for a 2004 M3. The 2004 Subaru has a quicker 0-30 than a 2001 M3. That is all I could find for that. Oh and a 2002 Corvette beats the 2004 STi at 0-40.
