That really made me laugh. A couple of years ago a bunch of friends and I were going to go on a trip ... one of them was driving this old corola that had been fixed up after an accident. One of the guys put in a whistle thing in the exhaust which made a high pitched sound when you revved the engine. It was hillarious watching the face of the driver trying to figure out what the hell was wrong.

As for the video, that was funny, but I don't need that around here to get strange looks. People are so clueless about cars around here, that I get strange enough stares when I open up the throttle a bit, then let off. My cars don't have BOVs yet, but it does still make the hissing sound when the throttle plate shuts (which is not good, because that's the sound of the left over boost trapped, which means it's going to bring the turbines to a screaching holt). I love to speed up next to convertibles with their tops down, and left off right when I'm next to their door, and then just watch the confused look on their faces.
On a side not: As I said, people here are stuck up, which means they lack knowledge about anything, especially cars (as in...they probably couldn't check their own oil if their lives depended on it). But I always wonder why the preferred choice of these automotively idiots is BMW, or Mercedes?
