We are talking 2005 I assume as 2006 are whole different beast. I always like to go with most performance if possible - but in fact for most people 325 is plenty fine in all respects. I think the 05 330 may have a slightly better suspension and certainly has options not avilable to the 325 - such as ZHP (performance package) which I got - its lowered with M suspecnsion components - much tighter and even a bit more hp & torque then the regular 330. Also the ZHP comes standard with a short shifter, 18" wheels & hi perf summer Michelins, unique interior trim - including very nice alcantra and tight weave fabric seats and bolsters - that in practicle (hard driving) terms blows leather seats away. (I have a mix of Alcantra and leather on my Audi). BMW sound system - even the high end - is just OK - Japs do better - HID lights are extra and not standard. But there are a bunch of things standard on the 330 that if you optioned them on the 325 you might as well just get a 330 - the price difference lessens considerably and you might as well get the extra power (the 3 liter straight six is super super sweet!)
