Mercedes has put out some very sexy designs of late - though this is not one of them IMO. Besides its a geriatric car for people who wish to be isolated from the actual driving experience as much as possible. I can't in any way see being excited at all concerning this car...what are our youth comming to? If young people are actually getting off on Mercedes boats - for what reason i can't fathom - unless its purely a status thing - i fear for our future - its bad enough already - but this only confirms the slide...

I think that was exactly Winoman's point. Winoman, I think I might be showing my age but I'd pick an STi or an open jeep with a stick ANY day over a butt-massage mobile

I guess neither you nor winoman is in 3 hours of LA traffic everyday.

There's nothing exciting about going 15-20mph average, especially if you're in an open jeep with 40 inch tires getting baked under the sun, or a rough idle 800hp Viper whose clutch either fully engages or stalls, or an STI with its super stiff, borderline back breaking suspension.
