if its containing the old ford and chevy i think it would be chevy becuse of the performence eg:302(1966-1969),327(1962-1968), 350(1968 -present),396(1965-1970),427(1963,1966-1969),454 (1970-1974)VS ford 260(1963-1965),289(1963-1968),302(1969-present),351(1969-1973),352(1958-1961),390(1959-1970),427(1963-1968),428(1968-1970),429(1969-1976)really chevy would win becuse it has the better engines eg:fords top performence engine of all time was the 427 high raiser that produces 425 underated while chevy's top performence engine was the 454 LS-6 with 450 bhp(i only am saying production engine that were out before 1976)
