Jennifer Hudson-Mother, Brother, and Nephew, murdered

So her mother and brother were found shot dead inside their home a few days ago. Her sister's son, who was at his grandmothers, was not seen since the shooting, giving hope that he may be alive, however his body was found today in the back of a trunk of the car of her late brother, also shot multiple times.

The only suspect so far is Hudson's estranged brother in-law, who is the boys stepfather, however he's not charged with anything.

only shoot them in or below the knees. B/c if you don't do it like right then and there, you can't argue temporary insanity or that you just snapped. If you actively hunt them down and kill them later you may still get punishment, b/c you took away their right to fair trial, and it was premeditated. If you shoot but don't kill, you can still call the cops and just be like, "well i didn't want them to get away officer"

TMZ is reporting that Hudson's brother was popped along with her niece's father for slanging rock, the charges against the brother were dropped. However, both were linked to the Gangster Disciples. Perhaps, this was an extortion plot gone bad.

TMZ is also reporting that a gun was found in a vacant lot not far from where the SUV was found.
