Re: What religion are you?
I know of some that they think by just going to chruch are Christians, or what really worries me when they say : "I'm a good person". Everyone knows/believes in God but the true question is who lives for God.

Amen.Originally posted by PepsiAddict View PostBeing Christian doesnt mean you have to attend chuch, Church means a gathering of people who belive in Christ, not a building.
I wonder how many Armenians who profess to be Christians are actually Christians who believe in Christ, read the Bible, study theology, etc. vs. how many just go to church because it is an "ethnic symbol".

Re: What religion are you?
I am a Christian because my nation is traditionally Christian. But I do not attend church and have no religious consciousness. The church, especially among Armenians, can help to inspire patriotism and rally support for the nation. But other than that, there is no political or social role for the church.Last edited by Shaumian; 11-28-2008, 07:57 PM.

No, it is not in the dust. It's not so much a rule as a statistical tendency. The higher the intelligence, the lower the chance of religious beliefs. There are studies that show a correlation between religious beliefs and lower intelligence.Originally posted by Saco View PostWell I know many religious people that could blow people away with their IQ's so that rule is pretty much in the dust, lol.
