Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

I wouldn't accept it from a friend. I'd drive him around for free

      American?

      Hi everybody!

My name is John and I am new to this forum I am not Armenian but I am Canadian. I love your country. Your people are lovely and kind. Bless you all and your wonderful country.

Well the thing that bothers me most and a lot of Canadians is that people call us Americans? I get quite annoyed about that. I hate it when foreigners e.g. Non North Americans say "are you American"? I say no. Some of them dont listen they continue to think I am American

Actually much of the time I do. He doesn't give me sufficiently as much. Actually not much at all.
I never ask him for money. But deep down it's hard not to expect a little something, being a college student barely scraping by, and having to drive all the way across the city, around the city, and back several times a week. Luckily gas prices are down (for now), otherwise there's no way I could do it.

            People who stare at Accidents

I cant stand people who are on the Freeway that stare at accidents, which causes a backup. As if they've never seen one before in there lives, its really pointless. Just go where you have to be.

              People who repeat things.

I hate it when people tell you something. Then they say it again when you already know what they mean.

-People who talk about how good-looking they are because 99.99% of the time it is someone I wouldn't initially find attractive...or generally someone far less attractive than I am.

-hippies types...here, I'm just not going to shower and play this drum thing for my entire life and then go spend a ton of money on trying to look like I shop at the Salvation army. Oh we're so darn creative.

-People who talk about stupid things like they are the coolest topic in the world, like how they did drugs or talking about irresponsible sex like it is something to be proud of.

-people who are fat who do not realize that they are fat.

-when people can't admit when they did something wrong. They end up getting defensive and looking like idiots.

-people who think anything intelligent, creative or sophisticated is "weird"...oh that person likes classical music, Shakespeare or has interests other than boozing it and sex...what a loser.

-people who try to be different to try to fit in. Crazy cutters or body mutilation that is a cry for attention. Go find something better to do with yourself to make other people find you interesting.

-people who put their entire lives on the internet

-people who think virtual cyber-worlds are reality. IMVU users who think that are really in a relationship with some other person with an avatar whom they have never met, who could be lying about everything.

                  -people who lie.

-people who try to give everyone they meet advice on how to love their lives, like they are some type of authority figure.

                  -jealous people

-guys who just want sex who try to pretend they are nice guys when it all points back obviously to what they want.

-any type of mullet hairdo or rat-tail.

                  -people who are excessively loud.

-people who's entire humor is making fun of other people, yet they cannot take the humor back at them.

-people who pretend they were/are too busy for someone else when they just don't find you as important as other people.

This could go on for days.

Who the hell would talk about how attractive they are? Even if it were true?

Yeah that is pretty xxxxty; I personally have family members like this who tell me I need to go to more 'parties'. Sorry, not my thing, does that make me 'boring' or 'crazy'? Probably.
