I was thinking about therapy and goal setting today, so this morning I thought of making a thread like this.
As I said, this is often more productive than a new year's resolution, because you always have less than 24 hours to get it done, therefore you have to set realistic goals for your day that you won't be able to procrastinate towards so much!
So, if you're interested in doing this on a given day...
step 1: Decide on the most important thing you'd like to accomplish in your day. It could be stupid, it could be smart, it could poke fun at this thread, I don't care, this is your choice. If you can't think of a particular event as an achievement, like "I want to return my overdue books at the library today", or "I want to punch Bob's face in today", you can still say "I want feel relaxed/happy/etc.."
step 2: Post it here.
step 3: Tell us whether or not you achieved it.
feel free to comment on the goals of others, just avoid making any serious insults or otherwise deliberately ruining the purpose of this thread.
Have fun!
