Well when I can't sleep..I think of a story in my head..like a fantasy...I know it will distract u at first, but trust me. Also, warm milk puts me to sleep. Do not drink anything cold at least an hour before u go to bed..Don't eat right before either because ur stomach won't let u. Also, be in a very very dark place...with NO NOISE..And try to meditate....

If all else fails, just jack off and take an Ambien...that outta do the trick..

I don't necessarily hate my major, but I hate all the general bio and chem classes that I have to put up with to get to my main goal. Who cares about coprophilous fungi anyway, right? Fyi, this type of fungi only germinates in fresh dung.
