How can I make a little, creative book?

I'm releasing a short film in the early parts of this year, and want to prepare a little book that goes along with it. It will be a few pages long (15-20), give or take, and will be about the film; the inspiration for the story, the making of the film, and such.

I don't want to simply print pages out and bind them together. Does anybody know of a creative way to put together an actual book? It doesn't have to be big, something small is prefered. I want it to look nice, and not cost much, but also not look so cheap. I wouldn't make many, less than a hundred, so I don't even know if it's worth making if it would cost much.

I'm sure some stores or websites can help, and would like to know if any of you know of such thing.

Well, I'll still make this if I find the means but it wasn't that important. I asked around and didn't get any leads, so I let go.
