Nobody has said Gary Oldman. I hate you all. He is the best. Everyone of his roles is drastically different: Dracula, the punk in Meantime, the hyperactive gangster in State of Grace, the drugged up DEA guy in Leon: The Professional, the old guy in The Contender, Rosencrantz from Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, etc. The list goes on. Nobdy can compare to the variety in his roles and his ability to execute them.

Punch-Drunk Love is a great movie. I think P.T. Anderson is great and I am very glad he is around. Magnolia and Hard Eight were also excellent. He has not disappointed me yet.

I completely agree with you, PDLove was very sensitive, realistic, witty, shrewd and funny. The main character (adam sandler) drove it perfectly.

Concerning G oldman, he is great. But he did some craps (Lost in space, hahaha)
Tom Cruise was fabulous in Magnolia

Tcheky Karyo is great also, with his voice and the way he looks.
