Their complete evasion of fair standards for admissions is ridiculous. I don't give a xxxx what a person's socioeconomic or racial background is - if they score under 1000 on the SAT, they aren't cut out for college. DeVry and ITT Tech exist for people like that, as does clown college and prostitution. These idiots have no business dumbing down the state university system and keeping out qualified students who are left out simply because they are too white and too middle class. I'd like to think if I was accepted, it would be because of my 3.9 or my 1500, not because I'm part Native American. I'll never attend any public university. xxxx them all.

what the hell is college university good for

in the end you gonna become doctors and lawyers and accountants and when i an uneducated person throws the dollar bills on the floor you'll be thankfully picking them up.

Everyone at the end ends up working for us. LOL

The world needs accountants, doctors, and lawyers dude. It also needs uneducated soldiers and mechanics. Every person serves their purpose.

why must u constantly remind us about the racial stuff and the fact that u r native american. and the part about ppl not being college material if they get below 1000, is such a lie. SAT's r not the only thing that count 4 admission, don't 4get the personal statemets and something called......oh idk.........GRADES and EXTRA ACTIVITIES. A person with an SAT score of 520(yes, very bad) got accepted to UCB on some sport scholarship.
and just like flames said, "brag, brag, brag"

I don't see why SAT's really matter. If someone wants to go to college and get an education then they should be gived the opportunity. It's all about education and motivation.
