It is my wifes birthday tommorow so my sister and i went shopping for her today togather. It turned out kind of funny caus she found the gift that i ended up buying and i found the gift she ended up buying. At the chekout of Off Fifth Avenue my sister was waiting to pay for her gift but the cashier was being very rude. We were in sweats and not exactly regulars at this store but we did nothing to provoke her or anything. I figured she was a Romney-right winger who was taking out her frustration on the only nonblonds in the store. Im not writing this to discuss fashion nor manners but i am pointing out on the sharp devide that exists along political lines. If that woman did indeed act like that because of what i said then it is sad indeed that people cant treat each other as human beings because of political differences. Perhaps the fact that i concluded her actions were politicaly motivated is in itself a predjidice on my part as well. Perhaps it was just becaus we were wearing sweats or whatever but my point is that because of political difference we tend to assume a lot of other negative things about the people on the other side and this is something that perhaps should be discussed.

Obama has been a great friend to the Turks. Though Romney wouldn't be much better.

Its not just about the armenian issue but about american issues. Americans who vote are stuck with two choices of bad or worst and i am sick of it and will never vote for either party again unless major changes are made. Most of the people i know who voted for Obama said they voted for him not because he did a good job but because they were terrified of what Romney would do if elected.

Obama has been a great friend to the Turks. Though Romney wouldn't be much better.

I don't understand what you mean by political lines. Republicans are wealthy white people who owned slaves. Democrats are the lawyers for wealthy white people who owned slaves.

Two party system is undemocratic in my view. Need to have room for multiple parties and coalitions to be more robust in your democratic process. Neocons terrify me the most. The Neocon-Zionist-Turkish network is one of the greatest dangers to Armenia.
