    To have an opinion, you must make a judgement. Your question reads "Is Scott Peterson responsible for the death of his wife?" If someone says yes, they have made a judgement that he is guilty of killing his wife. If someone were to vote no, he has made the opposite judgement. Either way, a judgement is made.

        If I know the issue, given my reasonable nature and extremely high IQ, I think I make an excellent judge. I have no idea whether or not Scott Peterson did it, so in this case, I will withhold judgement.
