      Im doiung the go to the gym thingy. eat a lot of cereal and salad.
      Im severly overweight and i dont need a chart to tell me that but i dropped from 210 to around 200 in the last couple of weeks, goals is 185 by sinco demayo my bday, and 175 by end of navasartian, i e my ideal weight, even though i think on the chart i would still be overweight lol.

              I wonder how many other overweight people will come in and declare the chart invalid. I'm 6'2", 170 lbs. See flames, I'm not underweight after all.

                The chart isn't invalid. You can also multiply your weight(in pounds) by 703. Then multiply your height (in inches) by itself. Divide the frist number(weight X 703) by the second number (weight x weight) and rounded to the nearest whole number.

                The chart shows the exact same calculations.

                Though the calculation/chart doesn't apply to people like body builders, or athletes, who have large amount of muscle. But I don't think we have any of those in here.
