I am selling my land in the center of the Yerevan which is 4000 square meters with beautiful sight on the city and Mount Ararat. All communications are present and I’ve already prepared it for construction, also I have a permition to construct several storeys building on it. Starting cost is 220$ for square meter. I'm interested, but I have several questions.

Are you selling the land in total or can you divide it out to pieces and sell it like that? In other words, instead of selling 4000 sq meters, can you sell about 1000 sq meters to one person and the remainder or remaining pieces to another person(s)?

What exactly are you constructing on your land and how long will it take for completion?

Do you have some sort of map showing the exact location of your land?
