The only people who straightened my hair well were the women in Armenia. I should have brought someone back with me!
No need to cry. Just use an iron!

Doesn't work. Burns my curls into non-recognition.

Use a ceramic iron...doesn't burn at all, costs about $75...works like a charm

How curly is your hair? Do you have big curls or really small curls?

I have thick curly hair too-big curls, and I usually straighten it with a blow-dryer, and if I want a very straight look, I go over it with a ceramic flattening iron. They work great! (like mags said) It doesn't burn your hair that much, and also, when you're blow drying, try spraying "Smooth and Seal" on to your hair, and then, blow dry it straight. Cuts your blow drying time in half! One of the best things I've tried for straightening.

I'm curious...how long does it take you to do that? For me to straighten my hair, I'd have to put aside a good 45 minutes to an hour. Like you said, first I blow dry it, then I go over it with a curling iron to get a smoother look (or else it's frizzville if I just go with the blow drying).

Needless to say, with the amount of time it takes, I tend to get lazy.

I have very long hair,so sometimes it goes by pretty quick, like 35 minutes. And sometimes, it just draggss for some reason, and take about 45 minutes to an hour.

the best way is to be lucky and have natural curly hair, preferably long, nice big wavy and curly and use one product-curl cream by Shwartzkopff. It gives the best look on my hair.
