the U.S. court system is a total farce filled with stupid judges who push their own 'morals' or fears onto society! for example did you all know that because the state of california is so afraid of getting sued and going more bankrupt that it dispenses BRAND ONLY medications to its prisoners??? generics that are good enuff for the rest of us are not good enuff for our upstanding inmates? --this is due to some lawsuit filed by a/some prisoners against the state of california complaining of getting 'substandard' therapy! from generic medications 
yes, dear taxpayers! not only do your tax dollars go to welfare dependents, food stamp munchers, pregnant teenagers and childeren abandoned by their druggie parents, and anyone else who fraudulently benefits from state programs (such as disability and inhome services to name a couple) NOW your hard earned paycheck goes to pay for brand name medication for the sector of society that makes you cautious to walk through a dark parking lot, use your credit card or ATM, buy a car alarm and, leave your lights on as you leave the house at night!

did you also know that there might be a divergence of the scarce flu shots to the prison system before it reaches us? (still not sure whether this will actually take place) but if there's ANY loophole, ANY slight room for a lawsuit they make sure that loop is tightly closed! thus, the prisoners due to the crowded nature of their 'habitat' are entitled to flu shots! even if they are healthy, and of course from a humanitarian point of view they are also entitled to not suffer from the flu, cuz you know, they might miss work and be late on their taxes and spending quality time with their families...i think the selfish elderly and the sick and the pregnant need to step aside and let our law abiding citizens behind bars combat the flu season! is that sooo much to ask for????
