She wasn't banned, she was suspended for a week because she kept going off topic, on purpose, right after she was warned three times. It was a decision by all of the mods, not any one alone. Being suspended is nothing new. Others, even Anonymouse, have gotten suspended before. She is not suspended anymore and is free to post now. You're not close unless you get warned by a moderator. It is obvious to know when you are warned as you get a PM that tells you to plase stop doing whatever is against the rules.
