When you were a kid, where did you think babies came from?

My grand mother told me we had to pray to god and he'll send us a baby. At first I was pleased with this, for the first 12 hours, then I asked myself : "If god sends the baby, he could die because he needs oxygen..." (I thought god was in space ) Then I asked my mom and she told me straight ahead where they come from

As a kid, I was more concerned about how to climb a mulberry tree from the nearby grape vine without popping my shoulder out again. No one around me got pregnant at the time. So babies were of no concern. I still don't know where they come from and please don't act smart and tell me because I don't really care.

its pretty rediculous to remember the stories we were told about this eh? haha.. well i was told they caught babies from a stream. but ofcourse i asked then what is it when a woman gets "pregnant" i thaught that babies came from them.. and they probably just ignored me then.. long time ago. maybe we should ask, WHEN was it that you figured out where babies really came from?

that is a good question. I figured it out yesterday when yuro posted the thread.
