True...but then again, I didn't come up with the question...so of course there are bound to be some flaws teehee =)

Now that I read the questions again, you can answer them, just now with a "Yes." I could be lying down on the bed with my eyes closed and someone could ask if I am sleeping, to which I say, "Nope." Similar thing with that other question. So the question of the riddle should be, "What are the two questions you can never answer with a "Yes?" It should be reworded.
