  • Anything special you cook for your family?

    Well, mine is "Yuriy's Chips"

So far, only my sister and I eat it, because it's so oily.

This is a secret recipe I will only tell you guys about.

First you get a frying pan, soak it in vegetable oil (vegetable oil only) and put the gas on high. Then collect your average potatoe, peel it (my sister always peels it for me ), then thinly slice with a knife (keep it traditional now ), once sliced, dip it all in the frying pan. Leave for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

It tastes great at first, but after a while, you become sick. Still great though.

Try it today, "Yuriy's Chips" - there's no other!

    P. S, my dad just tried it, "how can you eat this?" (oh well, he's only 5% of the 95% who love it! )

WARNING - health insurance recommended, not VERY HEALTHY!

haha, the warning made me laugh. I'd like to say I'll try, but I'm too lazy to slice potatoes that thin.

I love potatoes, and regular chips do make me sick after a while. You know you can drain them before you eat them. I think thats what Ill try to do.

I make scrambled eggs with tomatoes for breakfast sometimes. Yaishnitsa s pamidorami! hehehe

For dinner, I make roasted chicken or fish (I refuse to touch red meat) with roasted or mashed potatoes or plof or pasta.

We dont get to eat together a lot. :/
