I remember in middle school I read the first Harry Potter book, I really enjoyed it. Then I read half of the second one and that's about it. But based on the first one I'd say it's good stuff as far as fiction stories go. I don't know about who's more overrated, but I'd say Harry Potter has been better for society because it's basically made reading cool, which is awesome. I remember people were camping outside Barnes & Noble overnight to get it, so yeah. I've never seen any of the movies. I'm not putting down The Beatles, I'm just saying they're not deities.

Think of it this way, their music is extremely popular right? Okay, since it is, that means if it was truly ''powerful', the world WOULD in fact be a better place, but it isn't. So we can conclude one of two things:

1. The messages of their music suck.
2. They're not as good as one would think.

What did they accomplish except invading the Americas with their sh!tty British music that needed the listener to be high in order to appreciate/tolerate it.
