    • Isn't Saint Petersburg a German or Prussian name? I read that they started to call it Petrograd during the war because they were against the Germans.

Well, Peter the Great travelled extensively in Europe and Saint Petersburg (or Sankt Peterburg in Russian) was designed by European (mostly Italian and Venecian) architects. But, considering that Russia was in war with Prussians, I doubt they named their capital in Prussian.

            • I'm out for tonight, gentlemen. Gotta wake up at 7 to go to the hospital. My aunt's having a baby tomorrow morning.

The -burg thing reminds me of German/Austrian city names. How silly.
