For the past hour or so, my neighbors have been arguing at each other. I had enough, so I decided to listen to what was going on. All I heard was an argument about patriotism and the girl kept saying "BULLSHIT! You're not a patriot!"

They went on and on about illegal aliens and I'm thinking to myself, "Are these idiots actually fighting over America?" The girl went on to say, "Turn off these cameras!" I just realized they kept repeating themselves so I got freaked out. I think they're filming something in their house, because the same argument is repeating itself.

Basmati is the one that has a scent and looks longish and krinkly.... the golden crust might just be lots of butter.

Basmati is the best quality rice from India.

“Saffron” (Ancient Ingredient hard to find) is sometimes used in the rice that is cooked in the traditional Persian way, which gives it that yellowish color. I love that stuff.

Sounds like you already have discovered about the famous “tadig”!! (The crust at the bottom…which can be served separately, or on top when turned upside down on a platter).

That is the first thing that disappears from the table so you better be quick.
