        In Turkey the hand-gesture is widely used as a symbol of the far-right MHP party, and is used by Turkish neo-fascists and ultra-nationalists in general. It has nothing to do with any "devil", or any of those other people using similar hand gestures. It is meant to represent a wolf, and is derived from Ataturk, who was known as the Grey Wolf.
