Ya I used to be in scouts to when i was young, but not anymore lol. anyone over the age of 20 and still in scouts is probably one of the very few people and is one of the top ranking people that takes care of the little kids.

most of the khmpabeds in our chapter are 20-25 years of age..
we don't really trust 16 year olds to raise the coming generation..
