So let me ask a question here. It is directed towards the ladies of the forum. I am just wondering, do ladies, in general, like a more stalky man with more meat, or a more slender cut up one? Remember, in general.

even though im not a lady lol ill answer this too. ladies are confused lol. when i was huge they told me that i was tooo big and then when i got cut up they told me you need to get a little bigger and that we miss the old you. so if i were you surferarmo just get cut up and be big but not too big. just dont be too skinny and not too big. gotta know how big to be with your height and add some cuts to that and there you go.

OK, if I can kick a guy's ass at arm-wrestling, then that's a little too slender. I prefer guys who work out, that take care of themselves, but at the same time that can't go straight to their heads (but that's a whole different department). As far as how much meat, well, I drool when I see a swimmer's body . But, at the same time, I hate bulky guys that have no neck.

180 lbs for a 6'0 frame is pretty ideal in my mind.

I am about 5'8" surfing, skating, and swimming account definetly accounts for me being cut, and pretty slender. Not skinny like skin and bones, but slender. I am seeing someone right now and she doesnt seem to have a problem with the way I am. But what I dont get is when I go to Santa Barbara, and I see these hot girls, with men that have more fat than they should. So I am confused. I lift weights, I get to 150, then I surf for a weekend, and I go back to 145. It is very discouraging. I know I can gain, I just need to keep it.

I don't know about other chicks, but I know exactly what I want, just like you surfer. It's just not that easy to put it into words, without being too specific. I can visualize it though.

Well it is not shallow. It is very deep... just how I like it. (hope you got the joke) LOL. Well I like athletic. Not muscly and not too firm. I want something to grab. It is all about curves. Not so much size, it is all about shape. Girls have it all wrong. I hate the ones that are TOOOOO skinny. We have all seen those.

Ya it is hard to articulate. If we were to walk around some time I could show you. That will probably never happen, but just imagine for one second, walking around with surferarmo. It would be chill and you would get to see all chicks he admired.
