I haven't been to one single halloween party though perhaps next year I should make a trip to US so I can truely enjoy the Halloween atmosphere.

Not at all, it's getting more popular here as years go by, but mainly with the kids that come trick or treating or whatever it is that it's called better remember to buy some candy.
