Ok check this out, Im a P.E. Coach & Day Care teacher & I also fill in to be assistant teacher from time to time. I got my units & now eventhough I know theres an opening in one class the principal of the school is saying there are no openings. I dont know if I should leave my job & go look for another school. The only disadvantage is that if I leave I lose seniority. Ive been @ my job for 5 years. But on the other hand what if I apply at another school & they have an opening...Im confused, I dont know what to do. But anyways what are your taughts.

But the thing is, I know that theres no one working with one of the teachers... cause the teacher told me. I think Im just gonna wait it out & if nothing changes go look to work at another school.

I wish I could but I cant because I want a full time job.
At my current job I work 12-6 already so it's not gonna work.

No, it's cool... $13.00 an hour, but full - time teachers are on a salary, paid vacations & so on you know?

No, I meant stay at your one school, put in for the other, and then stay at the first until you find out if you got the second.
