Simpsons for sure.
I think South Park beats family guy But I will admit that family guy has it's moments so it is also a faovrite for me (I can't watch it all the time though it gets on my nerves).

The less I watch TV, the less tired and the more productive I am. Anyway, my favourite is defenitely "Lost".
