- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

  • America's Symbol Is Not the Statue of Liberty but The Wh0re of Babylon

How the gift and grace of Liberty and Justice for All has been prostituted for the wealth and power of a few.

The so-called Statue of Liberty in New York harbour was presented in 1884 as a gift from the French Grand Orient Temple Masons to the Masons of America in celebration of the centenary of the first Masonic Republic. She is holding the Masonic "Torch of Enlightenment". Also referred to back in the 1700's by the Illuminati Masons as the "Flaming Torch of Reason".

The Wh0re of Babylon is a city-state mentioned in the Book of Revelation in the Bible. She is associated with the Antichrist and the Beast of Revelation by connection with the kingdom with seven heads and ten horns.
She makes her appearance in Revelation chapter 17, in which she is described as:

"the great wh0re that sitteth upon many waters: with whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication." (Rev. 17:1-2 KJV)

She bears the title, "Mystery Babylon the Great, The Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth", and is described as being "drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus." (Rev. 17:5-6)

Her apocalyptic downfall is prophesied at the hands of the kingdom with seven heads and ten horns.

The town of Babylon is the first port before NYC.

          MAP -- http://www.city-data.com/city/Babylon-New-York.html

The Town of Babylon is located in southwestern Suffolk County, New York, USA. As of the 2000 census, the town population was 211,792. There is also a Village of Babylon located within the town. The west town line is the border of Nassau County, New York, and the south town line is the Atlantic Ocean. Part of the Great South Bay, Jones Beach Island, and Fire Island are in the southern part of the town.

"The region was once called Huntington South. Nathaniel Conklin moved his family to the area, eventually calling it a "new Babylon", naming it after the ancient town of Babylon around 1803. The town was officially formed in 1872 by a partition of the Town of Huntington."

Doesn't seem to correspond perfectly with the Statue of Liberty being sent as a gift to America in 1884.

              Of course it does.

The wh0re of Babylon is Queen Semiramis of Babylon.

The great wh0re invites visitors to neo-Babylon. By the way, this is the only town in the world that has such name.

New York has a variety of towns named after ancient cities in the orient or around the Mediterranean, there's Rome, Utica, Carthage, Syracuse, Troy, etc... There's even towns called Canaan and Lebanon.

Again, the naming of Babylon in New York started in 1803. Can you find some sources that indicate that this Nathaniel Conklin was referring to the Wh0re of Babylon?

i hate it when people mason-ize something, as if the knew anything. "Da Vinci was a mason and painted the last supper like this so blah blah blah," even if he were a mason and believed that it doesn't make it true (although it makes sense assuming Jesus is even real)

but a newer theory on revelations is that it already happened, i saw it on the history channel or something and this bit from wiki pretty much summarizes it.

"Preterism holds that the contents of Revelation constitute a prophecy of events that were fulfilled in the 1st century[18]. Preterist interpretations generally identify either Jerusalem or Pagan Rome as the persecutor of the Church, "Babylon", the "Mother of Harlots", etc. They see Armageddon as God's judgment on the xxxs, carried out by the Roman army, which is identified as "the beast". Some preterists see the second half of Revelation as changing focus to Rome, its persecution of Christians, and the fall of the Roman Empire. It sees the Revelation being fulfilled in 70, thereby bringing the full presence of God to dwell with all humanity. It also holds, especially in the Catholic belief, that the Emperor Nero, who blamed the Rome fire on the Christians in Rome, sparking a wave of persecution, was possibly the number of the beast mentioned in the book as his name equals 666 in Hebrew[19]. If using the Greek spelling of Nero's name (Neron Caesar), but using the Hebrew symbols with their assigned numeric values (an ancient method known as gematria), the total of the numeric values equals 666. However, a few ancient manuscripts of the Revelation say the number is 616, fifty less than the more well known numeral. A possible method to this problem lies in early translation. In the assumption that the Revelation was meant to be distributed among the early Christians, it could very well be assumed that occasionally someone may have used the Latin spelling of Nero's name (Nero Caesar), so the total value of the gematria would be 616"

yeah, I too think the book of revelations was written in response to the state of the world at the time when John sat down and wrote it. The metaphors could be attributed to political and cult-related realities of the times, you just have to use your imagination and provide some logical explanations for your choice of connections. You might come off as more logical, if not more cultured, than those who claim that 9/11 was prophesied in the book of revelations.
