    For the rest, those are just allegations. It takes intelligence to successfully keep a country as divided as Libya together and to survive countless attempts by the West to eliminate you for 41 years. All these media falsifications are character assassinations. Ghazafi is no angel (neither are any of his critics) but he is not a schizophrenic maniac.     Wait, are you talking about Gadaffi or every U.S. president since the inception of American land?

    For Ghazafi to survive this, he needs to enter Benghazi before those idiots in NATO come up with their military intervention plan and then repair the damage using mediators and what not.

    Rebels are losing ground rapidly. In the West, Zuwarah (on the road to Tunisia) was quickly captured by Ghazafi. Brega seems to be going back and forth between both sides and Ajdabiya-based rebels are being bombarded. To note that Ajdabiya is the last stronghold before Benghazi, the de-facto rebel capital.
