He was my friends English teacher at Exeter. From what I can see in emails they write eachother he's a pretty damn intelligent guy.

You guys are so hilarious. The book is pure fiction, it was never filed in the non-fiction section unless you're going to some bookstore where the owners are stupid. Relax and read the book as it should be read, for entertainment.

So what difference does it make what category it's under? You are affraid that the less intelligent will take the story to be fact and somehow believe in false things?

Don't worry dude! The less intelligent have already made up their mind about another book

i feel like poking that eye out.. and the less intelligent have judged others who have made up their mind that less intelligent people have made up their minds about a book.

it probably takes some intelligence to figure that out..

Gevo: I read the *Cracking the da Vinci code* by Simon Cox.Its a guide to the fact beyond the fiction ( how much of the novel is actually true and what is fictional).I may say its very informative and interesting to read.

ps: it's a real good *sleeping pill*

That nice... i have been meaning to read it, just not much time for it now..

yes, the book is very informative i agree, many art history related issues, conspiracies etc tht i learned from it.. ... but,, the main allegations towards the Biblical teaching of Jesus and his real life do not hold any validity, and are prompted only by conspiracies introduced long time ago by those who despise what the Bible teaches about Jesus, and those who oppose it strongly.. as far as to say they hate what Jesus is today in the real contex of "Christianity"

Well, looks like Ron Howard is going to direct the movie and Tom Hanks has signed on as well. This thing is shaping up to be an excellent movie!

The story is fiction. But that doesn't mean everything the author says is made up

Either way, it's an excellent book.
I was watching a TV program a few days ago about Rosslyn chapel, and mention was made of how, over the last year, the place has been overrun by idiot visitors that have read this book and believed it to be true. In fact, absolutely nothing that this book says about the art and architecture of Rosslyn is true.
