So this lady is walking down the street and she always walks down the same way everyday and on the way she passes this pet store, in the pet store there is this parrot in a cage right by the door and every time the lady walks by the parrot says HEY LADY and she looks and the parrot says YOUR UGLY so this goes on for a long ass time and this lady gets mad and goes to the owner of the pet store and tells him if he doesnt make the bird stop she is gonna sue. So the next day the lady goes by walking the same way again and passes the pet store and the parrot says HEY LADY and she turns and looks and the parrot says YOU KNOW!!!!

That is very similar to this one Russian joke I know, except it is a guy walking by when a parrot on the balcony starts saying bs so the guy gets upset and talk to the owner of the parrot. Maybe it is that same joke, but revised. idk, hope I didn't kill the laughs, but if ur gonna say it, say the original one. I hope I wasn't rude, I'm just sayin'
