Always so nice. I like that.
BUT, it's still a bad joke. The whole "drinking the milk" and then proceeding to "rip the shirt" part is just very random. You can feel that it's already all being set up for that "catchy" ending. Why would the burglar just rip a shirt? Why drink the milk? So many questions, crucial to the joke's humour, are left unanswered. And to me, that is just....unacceptable.
