In the first one the woman says, "He scared me for a moment there." Uhm, scared? She's just thinking of what to say to the camera/viewers. Jees.

At the second one, the guy says he hurt himself really bad and the producer or whoever that other guy was asks, "Are you OK?" Uhm, yea, he's alright. The knife just went into his arm. No biggie.

"We may need an emergency surgery in the studio"
Translation: "We will have an emeregency surgery in the studio, please stay with us."
